Refund Policy

A Nabi reading is a digital product generated for you from the birth details you enter, and emailed to you as a private link within a few minutes of payment.

When you can cancel

• If you have not opened your paid reading, you can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• If your reading failed to generate, never arrived, or was not delivered properly, we refund you in full whether or not you opened it.
• If you were charged more than once, we refund the duplicate charge in full.
• If what you received differs materially from what was advertised, you can cancel within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of noticing it, whichever comes first.

When you cannot cancel

Once you open the paid reading, the content has been supplied and the sale is final. You are told this before you pay, and you can see exactly what the product is beforehand: the free chart is a working sample, not a teaser image.

Disagreeing with an interpretation is not grounds for a refund once the reading has been opened. Please read the free chart first.

UK & EU customers. You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. At checkout you confirm that you want the reading generated straight away and that you accept losing that right once it has been supplied. If you did not give that confirmation, the 14-day right still applies.

How to request a refund. Email contact@kochi.kr with your order number and the date of purchase. We process refunds to the original payment method within 3 business days; your bank may take a further 3–7 days to show it.

Your chart is only as accurate as the details you enter — please check your birth date and time before purchasing.
