All sales are final. Nabi reports are personalized digital products that are generated and delivered to you immediately after purchase. Because the content is created for you and accessed right away, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated.

Please review your birth details before purchasing — your chart is only as accurate as the information you enter.

If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or never received access to your report, email hello@kochi.kr and we'll make it right.
